ZYNTHX Trademarks & Brand Guidelines
This page explains how you can use ZYNTHX brand assets like our name, logo, and visual identity. These guidelines help protect the community from scams, fake partnerships, and misleading marketing.
What Are “ZYNTHX Trademarks”?
“ZYNTHX Trademarks” include, but are not limited to:
- The name ZYNTHX
- The symbol ZYNT
- The ZYNTHX logo and icon
- Any official ZYNTHX brand graphics, designs, and wordmarks
- Names of official products or services owned by ZYNTHX
All rights are reserved by ZYNTHX unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Why We Have These Rules
Crypto projects attract impersonators. Trademark rules help ensure that:
- Users can identify official ZYNTHX resources
- Third parties do not create confusion about “official” partnerships
- The ZYNTHX community is protected from fraud and misleading claims
Allowed Uses (No Permission Needed)
You may use ZYNTHX trademarks without written permission if all of the following are true:
1) Informational or Educational Use
- Tutorials, news articles, reviews, and developer guides that reference ZYNTHX truthfully
- Community discussions and documentation (non-misleading)
2) Community Content (Non-Commercial)
- Fan art, community posts, and social media content that does not look “official”
- Event banners for community meetups (as long as not presented as an official ZYNTHX event)
3) Integrations and Listings
- Wallets, tools, and dashboards listing ZYNTHX as a supported token
- Exchanges or platforms referencing ZYNTHX only if it is accurate and not implying endorsement
Condition: Your use must not suggest that ZYNTHX sponsors, approves, or is affiliated with you unless you have written approval.
Allowed Use With Conditions
You can use ZYNTHX trademarks in a product or service name only if it is clearly descriptive and not confusing.
Examples (usually okay):
- “ZYNT tracker”
- “ZYNTHX wallet dashboard”
- “ZYNTHX community guide”
Must do:
Include a clear disclaimer like:
“This is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ZYNTHX.”
Prohibited Uses (Not Allowed)
You may not use ZYNTHX trademarks in any way that:
- Impersonates ZYNTHX or appears to be an official website/app/account.
- Suggests partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or “official” status without permission.
- Uses the logo/name to promote scams, fake airdrops, or misleading investment claims.
- Uses ZYNTHX trademarks in a domain name or social handle that confuses users. Example:
zynthx-support.com,officialzynthx_help, etc. - Modifies the logo in a way that changes the identity (distortion, recoloring, overlays).
- Places the logo on merchandise for sale without a written license.
- Uses ZYNTHX trademarks in a way that harms the brand, community, or reputation.
Branding Rules
If you use the ZYNTHX logo:
- Do not stretch, skew, or rotate it
- Keep good spacing around it (don’t crowd it with other logos)
- Don’t change colors unless using an approved monochrome version
- Don’t place it over busy backgrounds where it becomes unclear
- Don’t combine it with your own logo to create a “new” joint mark
Merchandise, Marketing, and Commercial Use
If you want to:
- Sell merchandise (shirts, stickers, accessories)
- Run paid ads using ZYNTHX branding
- Use the logo on a product, service, or event materials
- Create a “partner” page or press release mentioning ZYNTHX
You must request written permission.
Request Permission / Licensing
If you want official approval, send:
- Your name/company name
- Website and social links
- Exact assets you want to use (logo/name)
- Where it will be used (site, app, packaging, merch, ads)
- A screenshot or mockup (recommended)
